Step up at Lucas Oil Stadium in honor of the 343 members of FDNY who made the ultimate sacrifice on September 11, 2001. Climb with the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation (NFFF) at the 2020 FDIC 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb on Friday, April 24, 2020. Participants will climb the stairs multiple times for a total of 110 stories, representing the number of floors in the Twin Towers.

Climbers who register early will receive an exclusive FDIC 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb challenge coin while supplies last. Your donation of $35 includes the 2020 FDIC 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb t-shirt and commemorative photo ID of a September 11th hero. Members of the local media are invited to climb for free.

Check-in will be from 9:00 am — 1:00 pm at the Lucas Oil Stadium, with opening ceremonies at 1:00 pm and the climb at 1:30 pm.

“The 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb is an opportunity for anyone in the community to demonstrate respect and admiration for these courageous men who gave their lives trying to save others. It’s also a way to show their loved ones that we will never forget them,” said National Fallen Firefighters Foundation Executive Director Ron Siarnicki. “We want to be sure that each of those firefighters is represented by someone climbing the stairs at the Lucas Oil Stadium.”
