Fairfax County Fire and Rescue – Monday, March 25 was the final day of the Lieutenant Officer Development Academy. Staff put the students through tactical scenarios where as many reality-based elements as possible were introduced.

Some of the reality based elements were: 1st and 2nd arriving Engines, conducting size up, initial line, taking command and second line to a structure with smoke showing.
