Sharing what did not go well

The Fire Minute

Hone your craft for the rippers. If things don’t go as expected, check the ego and share so that others may grow. If you can impart one take away and prevent someone else from doing the same thing when their time comes, then you have done a great thing.
Don’t be a hoarder. Don’t leave the job taking a career of experience with you, leaving little.

Respect to those before who have been there, learned and humbly shared. One can only hope to live up to their example.
