Man vs. machinery incidents occur across the country. They may involve a person stuck in some sort of industrial machinery or be as routine as a ring stuck on a finger. You must ask, “Are we as a department prepared to handle these incidents?” You are introduced to tools and methods that have proven effective and will rotate through six stations: Ring Removal Typical Emergencies (Finger in Gas Tank, Swing Removals), Car Impalement, Fence Impalement, Hand Caught in a Meat Grinder, Person Under a Vehicle, and Industrial Machinery Rescue.
