NEW YORK (DNAinfo) – The Fire Department of New York is rescuing more and more people from the city’s coasts — so they’re adding seven more ice and water companies in the five boroughs.
These firefighters train throughout the year in different weather situations, and in different bodies of water, to be ready for anything. This is a drill from the East River.
