Texas Firefighters Rescue Person Trapped in House Fire

AMARILLO, Texas – Amarillo firefighters rescue a person from a burning house on Tuesday morning.

NewsChannel 10 reports that firefighters responded to the area of South Florida Street and San Jacinto Avenue at 4:50 a.m. for a possible structure fire.

In a Facebook post the department said firefighters arrived to see heavy smoke coming from a house.

Firefighters rescued one person trapped inside.

The cause of the fire was not reported.
