Police Weigh Charges in South Bend (IN) Fire Department Hidden Cam Case

Prosecutors continue to evaluate evidence gathered in an investigation into a hidden camera discovered in the women’s locker room at a South Bend fire station.

The South Bend Tribune reports a decision is expected soon as to whether criminal charges will be brought against anyone in the case now that the Indiana State Police has concluded its investigation.

The incident marks a second black eye this year for the department in which all 12 women firefighters have complained of a culture of sexual harassment. For more information, visit the South Bend Tribune.
