The Yellow Springs (OH) planning commission recently approved comedian Dave Chappelle’s plans to turn a former fire station into a restaurant and comedy club, reports 614now.com.

The idea from Chappelle, who resides in Yellow Springs, is to turn the former Miami Township fire station into a restaurant and comedy club—Firehouse Eatery and Live at YS, respectively—according to the report.

The plans—submitted by Crome Architecture—show indoor and outdoor seating, a full bar, fire pits, a mural, and a neon facsimile of Chappelle on the front of the building, the report says. The former station, which sits at 225 Corry St., is 7,300 square feet.
