Boston (MA) Fire Department Rescues Person From Under Train

Boston Fire Department sent a technical rescue team to the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority’s Andrew Station on the Red Line to extricate a person from under a train on New Year’s Day.

The incident occurred at 1:30 p.m. The MBTA police characterized the incident as an intentional act on the part of the victim, who was taken to a local hospital, according to WCVB.
