In Chandler, Arizona, the fire department has been experiencing its own version of a “baby boom.”
According to KPNX, the Chandler Fire Department recently gathered for a celebration to welcome 19 babies born to members of the department in 2024.
The special event, held at the Chandler Public Safety Training Center, brought together families and their little ones for a photo shoot, showcasing the department’s newest “recruits.” Out of the 19 babies—six boys and 13 girls—16 made it to the gathering, creating a scene of cuteness overload.
Firefighter Penny Cyrus told the station that 19 is the largest group of babies she’s seen at the department in her seven -year tenure.
