Testing ideas on how to prevent fogging
Midwest Fire Tactics and Training – The first experiment in mild winter conditions to see if we could get our SCBA masks to fog up without being on air.
We had to work significantly harder than we imagined to create fog in our masks. We feel this is due to the mild temperatures and lack of drastic heat to cold changes.
Once we get colder temperatures we will be conducting more experiments.
