The U.S. Fire Administration has announced the official line of duty death of Firefighter Travis Lee Miller, 31, of the Waterloo-Grant Township Fire Department on July 20, 2011.
Firefighter Miller died of an apparent heart attack shortly after returning home from working a residential structure fire in Butler, Indiana. Heat conditions on the fireground were described by local authorities as extreme.
