“Functional fitness designed for firefighters by firefighters.”

What Is shiftWOD?
shiftWOD is designed to help firefighters who are on shift follow a workout based on Crossfit type of  training.  Each WOD is designed using the equipment and the time you have to dedicate around the fire station.  These WODs give the station the ability not only to train together but also to work together as a team utilizing your every day equipment. WODs will be posted daily so firefighters who work one day on two days off or one day on three days off can follow.

shiftWOD.com is mobile-friendly so you can bookmark on your device for daily training.

Shift WOD has designated each workout so that you can choose the one that fits your level of fitness.  Rookie is for the beginner followed by Officer and Chief.  All first-time users should start with the Rookie level to get a feel for the WOD and get accommodated to the Crossfit style conditioning and training. The Officer and Chief level may have some more advanced movements to choose from, weighted vest, or additional reps and/or movements.  It’s up to the firefighter to decide which WOD they will perform based on their level of fitness.
