SAN DIEGO (KUSI)- The San Diego Fire and Rescue Department is drawing national attention for its behavioral wellness program. Fire departments nationwide are taking note of San Diego’s efforts when it comes to depression. Nationally, more firefighters take their own lives than are killed in the line of duty.
