A group of 30 Denver first responders are taking part in training designed to improve their mental health.
The training program, developed by a Navy Seal-owned company, is designed to help those who deal with stressful and difficult situations develop healthy mechanisms for processing their stress.
The training company, O2X, aims to make first responder improve their lives toward their goals 1 percent per day and remove the stigma around the traumatic experiences first responders encounter on the job.
