
Beavertown firefighter died while working
at a fill site

WEST BEAVER TOWNSHIP, Pennsylvania – A heart attack claimed a Pennsylvania firefighter during a structure fire on Saturday.
Rescue Hose Company 20 posted on Facebook that Firefighter Craig Ginter died while working at a fill site during a chicken house fire in West Beaver Township.
Firefighters were called to the scene on Parthemer Road at approximately 10:30 p.m. and did not leave until 4:00 a.m.
WKOK reports that Firefighter Ginter, 57, suffered a heart attack early Sunday and was transported to Geisinger Lewistown Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
