Virginia Fire Chief Rescues Two People from Burning Car

APPOMATTOX COUNTY, Virginia — A Virginia fire chief happened to be in the right area at the right time to save two people from a fiery crash.

WFXR reported that Red House Volunteer Fire Department Fire Chief Chad reeves was on his way home when crews from the Appomattox Volunteer Fire Department and the Appomattox County Rescue Squad were dispatched to a vehicle fire with occupants trapped on Red House Road.

Chief Reeves was on his way home when he arrived at the scene and pulled two people from the vehicle.
