No injuries at fire in Hohenschà¶nhausen

BERLIN (Berliner Morgenpost) – The fire on several high-rise roofs in the district of Neu-Hohenschà¶nhausen has largely been extinguished.

No one was injured, a fire department spokesman said early Friday afternoon. The fire brigade is only busy with residual extinguishing work.

A total of around 120 firefighters were on duty.

The fire had initially been very threatening. A large cloud of smoke had moved over the houses and could be seen from a distance. There had also been an explosion.
