911 VIDEO NEWS – INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 1-13-19 4:07 pm LOCATION: SB I-5 near the 10th St exit CITY: San Diego
DETAILS: The male driver of the dark-colored sedan entered the freeway from 10th St. going northbound in the southbound lanes. He crossed against oncoming lanes and made it to the fast lane where he collided with the driver of the white van. The driver of the sedan died on impact.
The other driver was extricated within 15 minutes unconcious. That driver was transported with life-threatening conditions.
The CHP is investigating.
