The U.S. Fire Administration has announced the official on-duty death of Chief Roland Brooks, 82, of the Grant Township Fire Department on December 20, 2020.

Chief Roland Brooks contracted COVID-19 while on-duty. He was admitted to the hospital on Saturday, December 5, 2020 and passed away on Sunday, December 20, 2020.
