Lieutenant Moore suffered a cardiac arrest at home

The U.S. Fire Administration has announced the official on-duty death of Lieutenant Harold “Eddie” Moore, Jr., 42, of the Jackson Fire Department on April 28, 2020.

On Tuesday afternoon, April 28, 2020, Lieutenant Harold “Eddie” Moore, Jr., responded to a fire at a residence. Later in the evening, after arriving home, Lieutenant Moore suffered a cardiac arrest and passed away.
