TX Fire Department Hound Dog Named ‘Dog of the Year’

Clementine, Cedar Hill Fire Department’s adopted hound dog, has won ASPCA’s “Dog of the Year” award for helping firefighters deal with stress.

The members of the Cedar Hill Fire Department adopted Clementine after she had trouble finding a home and was twice returned to a shelter.

Clementine, now 3, met the members of the department and the attraction was mutual.

She now spends her time providing stress relief for the department.
