A gunman with an assault rifle shot four people in a Baltimore mass shooting Tuesday afternoon and then escaped.
The shooting took place on Rose Street. The shooter stepped into the street around 1:30 and fired 60 rounds from the rifle.
A 25-year-old man has died. Three others, a 27-year-old woman and two men, 27 and 40, were transported to the hospital for treatment. A search is underway for the shooter.
