COPPERAS COVE, Texas — In a social media post, the Copperas Cove Fire Department in Texas advised citizens of how fire and EMS personnel may appear on future COVID-19 responses.

KWTX reported that department has prepared itself to use SCBA if protective supplies run out.

“In the near future, it will not be unreasonable to see a Paramedic in one of these air packs come to your door if you call 911. Don’t be scared, don’t worry,” said Fire Chief Michael Neujahr in the press release.
