At least nine hurt in Bronx gas explosion

BRONX, New York – At least nine people are reported to have been injured in a gas explosion at a home in the Bronx on Thursday.

Firefighters responded to 1520 Paulding Avenue at approximately 3:30 p.m.

WABC reports the the explosion occurred on he second floor of the three-story home in the Morris Park neighborhood.

Six of the injured are children, according to CBS New York. Two are reported to be in critical condition.
