Seven Injured, One Critically, in Two-Alarm San Francisco Apartment Fire

San Francisco firefighters rescued seven people, including one critically injured individual, from a two-alarm apartment building fire Friday morning/

At around 10 a.m. firefighters responded to the apartment complex at 1355 Ellis Street in the Western Addition. The fire severely damaged three units. It likely started on the first floor of one units and spread throughout several units in the building.

The fire was contained by 11:30.
