Racine (WI) Firefighter Found Dead in Homicide, Police Seek Leads

Police in Racine are asking the public’s help in finding more information about a homicide in the city on Sunday.

Police said the victim was 50-year-old Firefighter Christopher Lalor who was a 21-year veteran of the Racine Fire Department. No identification or cause of death was released.

The police statement said:

Subject: Death Investigation

On Sunday, February 20, 2022 at approximately 1157 hours, officers were sent to an address on Pinehurst Ave. in reference to a male not breathing.

First responders located the deceased, a 50 year old male, who was a 21 year veteran of the Racine Fire Department. His death is under investigation and is being treated as a homicide.

Racine Police investigators are interested in any additional information that anyone may have about this incident.
