Sacramento firefighters find person inside abandoned building

SACRAMENTO, California – ABC10 reports that Sacramento fire investigators are looking into what caused a deadly two-alarm fire in an abandoned restaurant.

The fire started just after midnight on Tuesday in the 3000 Block of L Street

Firefighters found one person inside the building. Officials said that person has since died from their injuries.

While the former restaurant was boarded up and fenced off, Captain Keith Wade told ABC10 that it is not uncommon to find someone inside an abandoned building.
