A first mid-mount platform for the department

Pierce Manufacturing

Lieutenant Jameison Jewett walks around the City of Manassas Fire and Rescue Department’s Arrow XTâ„¢ 100’ Ascendant® Tower. This is the first Mid Mount Platform for Manassas. The short overall length and maneuverability of this aerial platform is a perfect fit for the department’s response area, which encompasses tight, narrow streets. Despite the short length of the apparatus they were still able to maximize their compartment space and have 250 cubic feet to store all the equipment they may need on scene.
