KANSAS CITY (41 Action News) – Firefighters Larry Leggio and John Mesh died in a fire in Kansas City in 2015.
Prosecutors say the fire was set on purpose by Thu Hong Nguyen. Her trial started in Jackson County Monday morning.
The fire also changed policy within the department.
