A Spokane federal judge on Thursday denied a request by 25 Spokane firefighters to be reinstated after they refused to get a COVID-19 vaccine, the Spokesman-Review reported.
Most of the firefighters opted to be laid off rather that get the vaccine, which means they have two years to return to the job and retain seniority.
