Captain Brooks Conner shows us his department’s new engine
Walk around Humboldt Bay Fire’s Arrow XTâ„¢ Pumpers with Captain Brooks Conner. These rigs are designed for the Northern California shores and feature storage for their surf and rescue team on the top of the rig. The specific surfboard compartment goes below grade to easily fit their surfboard for water rescues.
The shorter wheelbase of the apparatus allows for maneuverability through their rural area. The additional compartments allow for increased storage and the added pegboards help to keep equipment secured and organized.
