Human Remains Found Near Site of Origin of CO Marshall Fire

The Boulder County Sheriff’s Department Wednesday found human remains at a site near where the Marshall Fire began last week.

The county’s coroner is examining the remains to determine the cause of death, 9 News reports.

Meanwhile, sheriff’s office personnel continue searching for another missing person in Superior.

The Marshall Fire destroyed nearly 1,000 homes as it swept through Superior and Louisburg. Investigators continue to search for the cause of that fire.
