Fresno Fire Captain Jeremy Savitt injured his arm about 18 months ago at a motor vehicle accident; during his recovery he discovered the power of mushrooms.
What started as a hobby while he was rehabbing has turned into a small business as Savitt sells mushrooms to area restaurants and at area farmers markets, KSEE reports
