This year marks the 100th anniversary of the Model T Ford, which was officially introduced to the world in October 1908 and remained in production until May 1927.
Since 1908, more than 1,000 books have been written about the Model T Ford and hundreds more have been written about fire trucks and the fire service; however, none of these books specifically recognized the Model T Ford’s contributions to the fire service–until now.
