Webbers Falls building a total loss

WEBBERS FALLS, Oklahoma – Firefighters in Muskogee County responded to a fire involving the Webbers Falls Fire Department according to NewsOn6.

One of two buildings used by the Webbers Falls Fire Department was destroyed in the blaze.

Two boats, two brush trucks, and some personal protective equipment were lost to the flames.

Fire Chief Shawn Smith told NewsOn6 that there were a million things inside that have been lost.

Chief Smith also said that no one was injured in the fire.

Muskogee County Commissioner Stephen Wright estimates the loss to be approximately $300,000.

The second building, which houses two fire engines and a rescue truck, was not damaged.
