YORK, Pennsylvania — The families of two York firefighters killed in the line of duty have a filed a lawsuit against the owners of the fire building and contractors making renovations.

WGAL reports that the families of firefighters Ivan Flanscha and Zachary Anthony have claimed negligence and other factors such as the storage of combustible materials in a building under renovation in York County court.

Flanscha and Anthony were killed on March 22, 2018 in a collapse the day after the former Weaver Organ and Piano factory caught fire.
