Driver Strikes Salt Lake City Fire Engine at Firehouse

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Two Salt Lake City firefighters were hurt Monday evening after their fire engine was hit by a car outside their firehouse.

KUTV reports that the fire engine was on the concrete apron in front of the firehouse when it was struck.

In a social media post the fire department reported that two firefighters were transported to a hospital with minor injuries.

The driver of the car was transported by family members.
