Driver Crashes into Virginia Firehouse

Extensive damage to Louisa County firehouse

LOUISA COUNTY, Virginia – A driver was injured Sunday evening after crashing into a firehouse, according to WTVR.

The Mineral Volunteer Fire Department sustained extensive damage after an SUV crashed through one of the firehouse’s bay doors.

Officials told WTVR that some equipment inside was damaged as a result.

The driver of the SUV was transported to an area hospital.
