A fatal fire overnight in the Nicetown section of Philadelphia has been declared arson, CBS 3 reports.
Josh Chase, 57, and another man, who was not identified, perished in the fire. Firefighters contained the fire in 20 minutes after arriving at the scene shortly after 4 a.m. Friday.
