Members of DC Fire and EMS were called to the White House Tuesday morning for a report of a natural gas odor in the West Wing.
Crews received the call ab about 1:55 a.m. When they arrived, they traced the odor to an appliance in a service area. the a
The gas had been shit off to that area before they arrived.
After finding the source of the odor and ventilating the area, the firefighters returned to service. No one was injured in the incident.
