DC Fire and EMS responded to three workers who passed out in a belowground window well on a construction site Wednesday.
The three were working on a dormitory project for Georgetown University at 19th and F streets, using concrete sealant. The fumes from the sealant accumulated in the window well work area and overcame the three workers.
Firefighters had to extricate the workers and transport them to the hospital with serious, non-life-threatening injuries.
