Dallas Firefighter Injured in Two-Alarm Blaze

DALLAS — CBS Dallas Fort Worth reports that a firefighter was burned while fighting a two-alarm fire Wednesday evening.

Firefighters responded to a fire involving an abandoned commercial building on Composite Drive at approximately 11:00 p.m.

Smoke was showing from the one-story building when firefighters arrived and quickly burned through the roof.

One firefighter sustained a non-life-threatening burn and was transported to a hospital.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
