One firefighter injured in West 3rd Avenue fire

COLUMBUS, Ohio — 10 WBNS reports that Columbus firefighters rescued a woman from her burning home on Saturday.

Firefighters were called to a fire on West 3rd Avenue at approximately 2:00 a.m.

A woman was rescued from the second floor of a burning duplex.

One firefighter was treated for a minor injury.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
