Champaign Fire Department’s Ladder 161 was involved in a two-vehicle accident Wednesday at the intersection of Neil and Green streets while responding to a call.
A firefighter and the driver of the car suffered minor injuries and were taken to a hospital for treatment. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage and had to be towed from the scene.
