OTAY MESA, California — Firefighters were called to the border in San Diego County to rescue a man stuck on the top of a section of border wall.

KTLA reports that CAL FIRE/San Diego County firefighters assisted the U.S. Border Patrol in rescuing a person stuck on the wall just before 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday.

Firefighters rescued the man via ground ladder and turned him over to authorities.
