Bulldozer Crashes into Denver Home

A bulldozer plowed into an unoccupied home in the Green Valley Ranch neighborhood on Friday afternoon, Denver officials say, injuring the operator.

The Denver Fire Department said the crash happened near the intersection of East 47th Avenue and Ventura Street.

Capt. Greg Pixley, of the Denver Fire Department, said the bulldozer’s operator had an unspecified medical emergency.

“He was unable to keep the vehicle from entering a home,” Pixley said. “The bulldozer literally went into this house and created significant damage.
