Brookhaven (PA) EMT Charged with Taking Topless Photos of Patient in Ambulance; Gun Charges Investigated

An EMT working on the Brookhaven Fire Company ambulance is charged with lifting up the shirt and taking photographs of a patient while she was being transported in the ambulance.

Police arrested Kevin H. Pressley, 24, of Philadelphia on Saturday after an investigation into the victim’s claim that Pressley took photos of her with his cellphone while treating her for chest pains on the way to the hospital.

Pressley has been dismissed from his job as an EMT, and police say he triggered another investigation when he began talking about the photos on his cellphone. He divulged that he has been in trouble in the past for buying and selling guns, CBS Philadelphia reports.

He has bought guns from the victims of gun violence and resold them, police said. Police are investigating that to see if laws were broken.
