A Massachusetts appeals court judge granted a temporary stay in a win for firefighters hoping to block the city’s mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy.
But the decision is only temporary while the judge examines more closely the ruling that upheld the vaccine mandate.
Firefighters are asking the city to allow for a testing option in lieu of vaccination.
