BOSTON — Boston firefighters worked throughout the night and into the morning battling two multiple-alarm fires in the city’s Dorchester neighborhood.

WCVB reports that the first fire began Thursday night at approximately 8:15 p.m.

Firefighters responding to 12 Stonehurst Street found fire showing from the top floor of the three-story home.

That fire went to three alarms within 30 minutes as firefighters extinguished the blaze.

Two firefighters were injured fighting the fire. Official say they are expected to be okay.

The second fire began at approximately 4:00 a.m. Friday morning at 77 Romsey Street according to Boston25.

Firefighters encountered hoarding conditions throughout the multi-family structure.

Due to the conditions inside and the potential for a collapse firefighters were withdrawn from the building after it was determined the occupants were outside.
